As part of the ongoing effort to strengthen the international presence of Norwegian cider, I had the privilege of organizing and facilitating the Norwegian stand at the Nordic Days fair, held south of Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
Working in close collaboration with HANEN, we brought together 28 different Norwegian cider producers to present their products alongside over 100 exhibitors from across the Nordic region.
The event attracted more than 5,000 visitors over two days, offering a unique opportunity to introduce Norwegian cider to a wide audience of professionals, importers, and enthusiasts.
During the fair, I conducted four Master Classes on Norwegian cider, focusing on its origin, production methods, and distinctive regional characteristics.
Together with a representative from HANEN, I had the honour of representing Norway throughout the event, helping to build awareness of the country’s growing cider industry and fostering valuable trade connections with European partners.
