This Shipping Policy outlines how and where we ship orders placed on www.thewinesaver.net. At the moment, we ship exclusively within the BeNeLux region, specifically to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. We are not able to offer shipping outside these countries at this time.
Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed, it is usually processed within one business day. Our logistics partner provides delivery within two to three business days from the date of purchase, although delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you finalise your order. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, and where available, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your shipment.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thewinesaver.net within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review the issue and assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
