The site is operated by HC Riege Consulting, and references to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to this entity, while “you” refers to the visitor or customer.

By using the website, you agree to do so lawfully and to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You may not interfere with the website’s security, disrupt its functionality or use it in any way that could harm the business or other users.

The products available for purchase include Winesave-branded argon wine preservation canisters. Winesave® is a registered trademark owned by its respective trademark holders in Australia and Singapore. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

When placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misuse or a violation of these Terms. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; we do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

We currently ship only within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed and may vary due to external factors. Details regarding returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, but due to safety regulations for pressurised gas canisters, we are only able to accept returns for unopened and unused products. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement.

We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by external service providers such as shipping carriers, nor for damages arising from misuse of the product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. We may update these Terms when necessary, and any changes will be posted on this page.
