This Refund Policy outlines how returns, replacements and refund requests are handled when you purchase products from www.thewinesaver.net. Our goal is to ensure that every order arrives safely and in perfect condition, but we also must comply with safety regulations related to pressurised gas canisters.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Winesave products, we can only accept returns for items that are completely unopened and unused. Once a canister has been opened, activated or otherwise used, we cannot accept it back under any circumstances. This restriction exists because opened gas canisters cannot be safely transported or resold, and we are required to follow strict safety and handling guidelines.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@thewinesaver.net. We will review the issue, and if confirmed, we will provide a replacement and/or refund for the damaged item.

If you wish to return an unopened and unused item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring the product is returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected by our team. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged on arrival.
