I completed a one-year study program at the Madrid School of Hospitality (Academia de Gastronomía de Madrid), where I received in-depth training in wine, gastronomy, and hospitality management. The program included more than 400 hours of lectures and guided tastings, combined with extensive field trips to wineries, cellars, and renowned restaurants across several of Spain’s most celebrated wine regions.
Through this extensive and practice-oriented education, I deepened my understanding of Spanish & international wine, the wine industry and the principles of wine tasting and service. Upon graduation, I earned the title of Sommelier Superiore, a qualification equivalent to the WSET Diploma Level 4, which represents one of the highest standards in international wine education.
