Spanish Wine Specialist Course - To further strengthen my expertise in Spanish wines, I completed the Spanish Wine Specialist Course offered by ICEX Spain Trade & Investment and Foods and Wines from Spain. The program consisted of 50 hours of intensive study through the ICEX–CECO online platform, covering the full spectrum of Spain’s wine regions, grape varieties, appellations, and production methods.
The course provided an excellent opportunity to update and expand my professional knowledge, deepening my understanding of the history, diversity, and identity of Spanish wine. It also served as a valuable complement to my previous sommelier education, reinforcing my ongoing commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence within the wine industry.
